Danger Close, the team who made the the recent Medal of Honor reboot, has confirmed that its currently working on a sequel.
The news was confirmed via a news blog by Executive Producer Greg Goodrich.
He said: “Yes, Danger Close is currently working on the next Medal of Honor” and that the latest game has sold over 5 million copies worldwide.
He also mentioned: “Since our launch last October, we’ve studied, listened and absorbed much of your feedback and are very excited to be marching forward on the next title.”
Although the Medal of Honor reboot was unable to beat Call of Duty in terms of overall sales, the game managed to exceed expectations to warrant a sequel. It’s good to know that Danger Close will be listening to all the feedback so it will hopefully release a sequel that will eclipse the original in every way.
No other details about the game were shared at this stage.
