Minecraft recieves its first major Beta update since the game exited alpha.
In classic Notch fashion the update contains many secret thins to be discovered but it also marks the first time Notch has ever included player made modifications in the official game. Showing that Notch and Mojang Specifications continue to be the pinnacle of Indie development that all Indie companies should aspire to be.
Beta 1.2 includes the first (of hopefully many) water monsters to be added in an official release.
The dreaded Squid.
