On the single player portion of Call of Duty: Black Ops, there are a lot of achievements or trophies to unlock and majority of them are hidden.

DEATH TO DICTATORS
Level: Operation 40
Objective: Do a headshot to Castro.
SLINGSHOT KID
Level: Vorkuta
Objective: Do a perfect aim in the slingshot sequence in the game. To aim successfully, aim the crosshair slightly above the target.
VEHICULAR SLAUGHTER
Level: Vorkuta
Objective: Destroy all enemies on vehicles during the prison break in Vorkuta.
TOUGH ECONOMY
Level: S.O.G
Objective: Use only 6 TOW guided missiles to destroy the tanks in the defense of Khe Sanh.
THE DRAGON WITHIN
Level: The Defector
Objective: Kill 10 NVA using the Dragon’s Breath rounds.
RAINING PAIN
Level: The Defector
Objective: Using the helicopter radio, kill 20 NVAs using air strike.
DOUBLE TROUBLE
Level: Numbers
Objective: Use only a dual-wield weapon only throughout the “Numbers” level.
LIGHT SHIP
Level: Project Nova
Objective: Escape the ship with 2:1 left on the timer on Veteran difficulty.
UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL
Level: Victor Charlie
Objective: Silently take out 3 V.Cs. Use Melee attacks to do it (knife).
HEAVY HAND
Level: Victor Charlie
Objective: Use the Grim Reaper to destroy the MG emplacement
LORD NELSON
Level: Crash Site
Objective: Destroy all targets and structures while making your way to the river. Take your time as there will be a lot of hostiles along the way to the river.
PATHFINDER
Level: WMD
Objective: Guide the squad through the Soviet outpost without getting them killed.
MR. BLACK OP
Level: WMD
Objective: Enter the Soviet relay station undetected.
WITH EXTREME PREJUDICE
Level: Payback
Objective: Get to the POW compound in the Hind using only rockets
RUSSIAN BAR-B-Q
Level: Payback
Objective: Burn 10 enemies with the flamethrower attachment in the POW compound.
I HATE MONKEYS
Level: Rebirth
Objective: Kill 7 monkeys in under ten seconds in the Rebirth labs
NO LEAKS
Level: Rebirth
Objective: Make it through the NOVA 6 gas without dying on Rebirth Island
DOUBLE WHAMMY
Level: Redemption
Objective: Destroy both helicopters with one TOW guided missiles.
