Following up on Ys Seven (PSP), Xseed Games has announced another installment in the Ys series, Ys: The Oath in Felghana. Again following Adol “the Red” Christin, he and his friend Dogi find themselves in the land of Felghana and of course, adventuring and saving the day will be on the docket. Originally released on the PC in 2005, the game has been reworked for the PSP and will feature voiceovers in cutscenes. Naturally, the fast-paced gameplay fans are accustomed to will be present.
It is slated for a release sometime in late 2010 for the PSP at your local retail stores or on the PlayStation Store for $29.99. A Limited Edition will also be available which includes the soundtrack and a 4 X 6 (inches) desktop calendar with artwork from the game. This will cost $39.99.
