Treyarch’s Josh Olin has today announced that Xbox 360 owners will receive a special Black Ops split screen feature. Unlike PlayStation 3 users, when playing split screen multiplayer on the Xbox 360 gamers will have the option to log into two Xbox Live accounts; allowing players to play at your friend’s house but still gain XP and CoD Points to help themselves rank up.
While this dual account was originally revealed for both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 it has since been clarified by a tweet from Josh Olin that it is only 360 that will get this feature. Black Ops will be released on November 9th and 360 owners now have another reason to get excited about the launch.
