Tetsuya Nomura has made a bold statement about the release of Kingdom Hearts 3 today. He mentioned that in 2012 he would like to celebrate the Kingdom Hearts series being its 10th anniversary. Nomura also said “Just because it’s the 10th anniversary, we still won’t have KH3 out (laughs).”
Now only Nomura knows the significance of the (laughs) at the end but I’m not surprised of the long development. It seems a whole host of title have been too ambitious with release dates and recently had to delay. At least for once the developers are looking realistically at when they will have the perfect polished product for the consumers.
