Players of Halo Reach have found a glitch to unlock Avatar Carter’s Helmet easily. Usually players would have to complete an entire level on Legendary without dying to get unlock this Helmet.
Although help is at hand in the form of an easy glitch. Play through any level, as soon as you get extremely close to the end of the level “Save and Quit” on the last checkpoint. Then load the save, finish the rest of the level without dying like the Achievement says and as soon as you complete the level, you should get the Avatar Unlock pop-up.

its not worked for any other HALO game, why would it know, it only took me about twelve hours on my very first run through and i had no access to heavy weapons for hunters so that was a good hour for every pair, so thats more like 6-8 hours of gameplay if you plan ahead, maybe even 3-4 if you have access to LIVE and have a few mates helping.

October 2, 2010 at 9:52 PMAlso a easy way to beat it is do campaign co-op and use one guy to fight and the other guy stay back so he does not die and you get the avatar award.
