Back in Call of Duty 4 there was six weapons that could be unlocked with golden camo on. These were unlocked by players who had completed all the challenges for the weapon class e.g. golden AK-47 for all the Assault Rifle challenges.
Well if you read into what David Vonderhaar, MP design director at Treyarch, said recently it would appear golden weapons will return in Black Ops. When questioned on golden camo he replied Always bet on Black. Well Black and Gold.”
It would be great to see them return as personally I missed them in Modern Warfare 2, let’s just hope you can’t just purchase them through CoD Points.
