What was once an Xbox 360 exclusive is now coming to the PlayStation 3. Mass Effect 2 will be heading onto Sony’s console as announced by BioWare.
The announcement was made earlier at Gamescom 2010. At this stage it looks as if only Mass Effect 2 will be on the PlayStation 3 with the original staying on the Xbox 360. The PS3 version of Mass Effect 2 is said to include hours of bonus content. No other details have been specified at this time.
Does this mean Mass Effect 3 will be on both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 as well? For now, Mass Effect 2 will be headomg to the PlayStation 3 in January 2011.
