In an interview of Nikkei with Nintendo CEO Satoru Iwata, new information on its application emerges in regards to the highly anticipated Nintendo 3DS.
When the Nintendo 3Ds releases sometime this year or early next year, the handheld will have an application that automatically downloads newspaper and magazine articles. This application will be using the Wi-Fi connection of the device similar to what the DS is currently using now.
For people who prefers reading newspaper on the go, the Nintendo 3DS is an alternative way to do it. It seems that Nintendo is aiming the handheld not only for gaming but for entertainment as well. Could the 3DS have applications that can compete with the Apple’s iPad?
