Thanks to the games such as Yakuza 4 and Fist of the North Star Musou, the PlayStation 3 platform is on the lead selling 50,000 units while the Wii is at 36,000. It seems that the recent release of Fist of the North Star Musou by Tecmo KOEI did a huge factor selling out the PlayStation 3.The PSP Go failed miserably with the 1,800 units sold and Xbox 360 with 3,0002.
The following are based through March 22 through the 28. Let’s take a look:
* PS3: 50,448
* PSP: 46,449
* Wii: 36,849
* DSi LL: 23,188
* DSi: 17,376
* DS Lite: 4,995
* Xbox 360: 3,002
* PSP go: 1,874
* PS2: 1,785
In Yakua 4’s second week, it has sold at 83,000 on just the PlayStation platform thanks to Media Create’s analysis chart. Fist of the North Star Musou sold 416,000 combined for both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions. Now, North America would need to see if Fist of the North Star Muso is indeed good.
