BioShock: Ultimate Rapture Edition has finally been confirmed following its unofficial outing by the British Board of Film Classification back in June of 2012. Today, 2K Games made it official and stated that the newest edition will be coming to Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on January 14th, a mere ten days from now, in North America. Other regions will be receiving the title at a later date.
The Ultimate Rapture Edition will cost you $29.99 and comes with new and old content alike. Here’s what you can expect:
- Museum of Orphaned Concepts: Early concept art and character models that never made it into BioShock
- Plasmids Pack
- Challenge Rooms Pack: Previously exclusive to PS3 and now available for Xbox 360 for the first time.
- Sinclair Solutions Tester
- Rapture Metro
- The Protector Trials
- Minerva’s Den
- An exclusive collectible sticker pack from BioShock Infinite’s world of Columbia to get gamers ready for the next chapter in the BioShock universe.
