It was reported last year that the game Rampage will have its own movie adaptation produced by New Line Cinemas. The project now has a writer on board.
The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that Ryan Engle will be penning the script. Rampage fans better hope Ryan Engle is able to write a competent story that involves a bunch of monsters terrorizing cities.
The Hollywood Reporter also noted that Ryan Engle is a relative newcomer when it comes to script writing. Let’s hope his debut script is a good one as we don’t need/want another video game movie flop to happen…
