The PlayStation Vita launches in Japan today but buyers were already greeted with the system’s first ever firmware update.
Sony made the announcement on its official website. Sadly, it did not state what firmware version 1.50 exactly does. However, it did tell us how we can update the firmware for the PS Vita. Much like PS3 and PSP firmware updates, you can update the firmware using your PS3, PC, or the PS Vita itself.
Don’t be surprised come February 22nd if you need to upgrade the firmware for the PS Vita when it launches to the rest of the world…
