When it comes to big games the wait can be painful, but being behind on a multiplayer game can make a difference. Due to this Bioware is giving Star Wars: The Old Republic a two day “grace period” to enter your registration code. This means anyone that preordered and is part of the Early Game Access program will have until December 22nd at 12:01 am to enter your code. After this point you will be required to enter a game code, plus valid payment method to continue to play. To avoid problems Bioware suggests registering your code as soon as possible.
In the event you don’t get your copy prior to the December 22nd “grace period”, it will not be extended. If this is a problem then please contact your retailer to resolve this issue. In addition, adding your 30 days of game time voucher will not be effected by the grace period. This means that the grace time will not be added to your play time. However entering the code prior to release will affect your time. Anyone entering during this time will have their cycle start when the game officially releases.
