Tetsuya Nomura is happy that Final Fantasy Type-0 is over. He’ll be happier when people finally get to play it, but that’s besides the point. What’s really the point is that he’s finally cool with working on Final Fantasy Versus XIII.
A Kingdom-Hearts-For-Adults-esque adventure that fans have been absolutely clamoring for and staining their Auron bed spreads in anticipation for. This is not entirely unjustified, the game looks unique, likable and charismatic, three characteristics that recent Final Fantasy games have been missing.
Hardcore fans will have to keep their eyes on Final Fantasy Type-0 if they want to see Nomura get more excited about Versus XIII and hopefully big sales will push the cult-status developer to work even harder on this Mickey-Mouseless adventure.
