According to the guy that played the pirated version of Battlefield 3, the single player campaign is at 6-7 hours long.
Is it long? Well, for a title like Battlefield, it’s long enough. Assuming the guy played it on normal difficulty, 7 hours long is pretty decent. I’ll most likely play the game on the hardest difficulty to have some challenge.
As far as how the story goes, the guy seems to enjoy it, mentioning that “the story is actually very entertaining. For the first time in years a FPS has a story that is quite simple to follow and enjoy. You don’t understand the motives behind the main villains actions, but that doesn’t stop you from enjoying the events in the game. Its also unlike your typical US-made shooter in which the US military is invincible. You get to see your comrades get killed and their tanks/airplanes destroyed, like in a real war.”
Well, by judging the way he praise about Battlefield 3, the story seems to be much better than the Call of Duty series where it feels all arcadey.
Check back with us this week for our review of Battlefield 3. Stay tuned.
The guy who knows
October 23, 2011 at 8:26 PMIt is not possable to play the single player because of both the time lock and the need to launch through Battlelog..
