Today the Minecraft beta 1.7 has finally been released but with a few less features than originally planned.
The so called adventure update has been pushed back to 1.8 which currently doesn’t have a release date. what has made it into beta 1.7 though are the long awaited pistons. Other things that the 1.7 update bring are:
+ Fire or redstone is now required to trigger TNT
+ Fences can be stacked
+ Added shears
+ Shears can be used to pick up leaf blocks
+ Shears can be used to shear sheep without hurting them
* Sheep no longer drop wool from being punched
– Removed Herobrine
