The OddWorld series is set to appear on the PlayStation Network and Valve’s Steam service.
Steam is set to get all the titles (OddWorld: Abe’s Odessy, Oddworld: Abe’s Exoddus, OddWorld: Munch’s Oddessy and OddWorld: Stranger’s Wrath), while PSN seems to be getting only the earlier two titles, OddWorld: Abe’s Odessy and OddWorld: Abe’s Exoddus. Steam users will also be able to download all four titles in a collection entitled the OddBox.
On the topic of new games in the series, Lome Lanning, co-founder and creative director of OddWorld Inhabitants, had this to say…
Regarding new material, we hope to have an announcement soon, but I’ve been saying that for a while now so I’ll just shut up and hope for the best.
