Square-Enix Senior Vice President, Shinji Hashimoto would like to try his hand at making another CG animated film according to his latest comments from an interview.
Korean site, Gameshot him: “Are you thinking about making a new movie after the success of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children?”
His response as followed:
“Although, we haven’t thought about it there is always new CG technology we’re researching,” Hashimoto replied. “If I have a chance, I would like to try again.”
Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within flopped at the box office but Final Fantasy: Advent Children fared a lot better when it was released straight to DVD in 2006. Would you like to see another movie from Square-Enix?
