Niantic has released a new update to Pokemon Go that changes the amount of Prestige that you earn in the game.
Niantic announced on Facebook: “Trainers, the amount of Prestige gained when training at friendly Gyms has been reverted back to the original values.”
They also posted a few days ago: “Trainers, there was an unintended bug which limited Pokémon from appearing in the recently expanded Nearby Pokémon feature. This primarily affected users in rural areas and has now been fixed. We will keep you updated on changes to this feature and as always we value your feedback.”
As always, Niantic is still working on new features for Pokemon Go. Hopefully the more popular requests are finally coming to the game in 2017. We still need PvP and the ability to trade Pokemon with other players and more.
