By the time you purchase Lost Planet 2 next week, a Map Pack DLC on the Xbox Live Marketplace is already waiting for you.
Map Pack #1 DLC for Lost Planet 2 will contain two new battlegrounds that gamers can get to play in multiplayer mode. In “Helix” map, gamers will be able to experience an underwater gun fight as it will take place in a NEVEC ocean research facility located at the bottom of the ocean. “Back to the Island” map will bring new weapons and abilities of Lost Planet 2 back to Island 902, a remake of the classic map from the original Lost Planet.
Lost Planet 2 is scheduled for May 11th release in North America on the Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3. Map Pack #1 is now available for 400 Microsoft Points or $4.99.
