Former Halo composer Marty O’Donnell is suing Bungie for failing to pay him among other things.
Marty O’Donnell was fired “without cause” from Bungie earlier this year. He had been working with the game developer since 1999. A real reason for his dismissal has never been made public as of yet.
O’Donnell is now suing Bungie for failing to “pay him for for unpaid vacation time, paid time off, and other benefits” reports Venturebeat.
Let’s hope everything works out for both O’Donnell and Bungie in the end.
