Nintendo has announced that worldwide Wii U sales are only at 6.17 million units at the moment.
Even though the Wii U was released back in November 2012, sales of the console have failed to move an inch. Sony’s PS4 has already managed to overtake the console’s sales selling 7 million units in just five months.
Nintendo is keeping future sales projections for the Wii U lower than originally predicted. Nintendo is hoping it can sell another 3 million units until March 31st, 2015.
Hopefully Nintendo can manage to sell the Wii U to more customers with its lineup of impressive first-party video game due to be out later this year.
