Over the last few weeks, we’ve had quite a few new stages revealed for the upcoming Super Smash Bros., but most have been for the 3DS version. Now, we’ve gotten a peak at one for the Wii U, with pretty much zero details from Masahiro Sakurai though.
Pic of the day. This may look like a side-scrolling action game, but it’s actually one of the stages.
This image is a little hard to decipher because the backgrounds kind of look like it would be something with a temple from Kid Icarus: Uprising, but the spring is straight from the Stage Builder in Brawl. The question is whether this was a tease for the return of the Stage Builder with much more detailed backgrounds, or an actual stage in the game that utilizes the spring seen previously only in Stage Builder. Hopefully that question will be answered in an update soon.
