In a sudden stroke of genius, Kojima Studios and Konami have reduced the price on the prologue to the next Metal Gear Solid entry.
Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, a prelude to The Phantom Pain, is set to arrive on US shelves next month for both Sony and Microsoft platforms. As a fraction of content that The Phantom Pain is set to offer, Ground Zeroes offers a fair-sized sampling of the new open world.
The new pricing reduces the cost of next-gen (PS4 and Xbone) copies of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes down to $29.99, both physical and digital. PS3 and Xbox 360 will remain at their current prices: $29.99 physical, $19.99 digital.
