Sherlock Holmes is a beloved character among many mediums and has had his share of games via Frogwares and with the new generation they are looking to work in ideas from the popular television show and the budding movie franchise iteration with the new Sherlock Holmes: Crime & Punishment.
Frogwares announced the title on the Playstation Blog and spoke about how they are seeking to put an emphasis on the narration as well as game elements such as exploration and clue collection just as the great detective would himself. In the end they wish to accomplish where the player will be able to make their own deductions and either chose to bring the culprit to justice or set them free. The new title will over six different cases and each having as many as six different endings. Check out the trailer below as well as some shots of the title.
Sherlock Holmes: Crime & Punishment is set to release on Playstation 3 & Playstation 4 sometime this year.
