Naughty Dog co-founder Jason Rubin has pulled punches towards Nintendo about their recent mishaps.
Rubin made some less-than-flattering comments about Nintendo during GameTrailers’ Bonus Round video. Rubin said that Nintendo has “stumbled” and that they are “irrelevant as a hardware manufacturer in the console business right now.”
He also noted the fact Nintendo sells more Wii consoles than Wii Us, however he did not take into account the success of the 3DS right now. Rubin left Naughty Dog and was the last president of THQ before they went bankrupt.
Do you think Nintendo should leave the hardware business the same way Sega did after the Dreamcast failed?
