Ever since the release of Ocarina of Time on the Nintendo 3DS several years ago, one of the most fan requested games that hopefully Nintendo will release some day is the remake of Majora’s Mask. Well, if you are getting the upcoming Zelda: A Link Between Worlds next week, you will see a few Majora’s Mask reference in-game. Does the Majora’s Mask references indicate that the much anticipated remake is coming? We hope so!
One of the first references that fans will see in A Link Between Worlds is the Majora Mask itself. Once Ravio has set up his shop in your house, you will see the mask hanging on the wall to your right. Will the mask itself have some sort of use in the game? Unfortunately, we are still half way through the game! We’ll let you know if we find anything about it.
Another reference is the Milk Bar in Hyrule. Those who have played Majora’s Mask will most likely remember that a Milk Bar shop is also present in the game. Well, in Link Between Worlds, talking to the owner of the Milk Bar will say something about a mysterious man who disappeared into the mountains that has an affection for premium milk. Will this indicate that there will be a quest of some sort coming?
