With the PlayStation 4 launch less than a month away, gamers are getting antsy to play the next generation console. Now, that may very well be possible in your area as Sony has begun to roll out PlayStation 4 demo kiosks in a number of retailers.
The rollout is expected to hit stores like Sony Stores, Best Buy, Gamestop, Target, and Walmart first with other retailers getting them soon after. Sony has created a website known as Experience Playstation where you can check to see if any stores in your area, up to 100 miles from your location, have the next generation PlayStation 4.
I did not have any show up in my area in South Carolina yet, which isn’t a huge surprise, but one did pop up at a Sony Store when I searched in New York. There are reports of the site being a bit glitchy right now, so it might not be perfectly accurate yet. If you have none in your area right now, keep checking as they continue to roll out more kiosks in the upcoming weeks.
