As we near the release of Pokemon X and Pokemon Y in a little over a week, we keep getting information on more and more new generation six Pokemon. Today we have two more to show off, that seem to follow a couple trends. Both are pink, but more specifically each one has something to do with the sense of smell.
Slurpuff (pictured above), the meringue Pokemon, is the evolved form of Swirlix. This Pokemon has a very strong sense of smell, which allows it to assist pastry chefs due to it being able to distinguish very faint odors. As a result, in-game Slurpuff has the ability Sweet Veil.
Aromatisse, the fragrance Pokemon, is the evolved form of Spritzee. Compared to Slurpuff who has a strong sense of smell, Aromatisse’s specialty is to put off a variety of different smells, including a terrible smell that helps in battle. This Pokemon can also use the Healer ability.
Pokemon X and Pokemon Y will release worldwide on October 12 for the Nintendo 3DS.
