The day that Cave fans have been waiting for: the day when one of the Japanese developer’s shoot ’em ups is finally released internationally. And that day is June 29, the day when Deathsmiles is released in the US.
Deathsmiles is a horizontal gothic lolicon shoot ’em up that’s a bit… frantic, in the fashion of other Cave shooters. Originally released in the arcades in Japan, it later got a port to the Xbox 360 for the same region, and it’s that port that we’re set to get.
A limited edition package was also confirmed. However, the release date is not yet solid, says a representative.
