How to Trigger: Talk to the girl near the fountain. You will find her as soon as you enter Fennmont from Barnauer Highroad (refer to the screenshot above).
Objective: Deliver the letter to Dad in Fort Gandala

PART 2/2: The only way to deliver the letter is if you go to the West side of Fort Gandala. To go there, go back to Barnaeur Highroad and take the path going to West Fort Gandala.

How to Trigger: As soon as you enter the Talim Medical School, talk to the first guy you see to your left (refer to the screenshot above).

How to Trigger: Talk to the girl on the second floor of Fennmont Samsara Trading Post (refer to the screenshot above).
