Batman: Arkham Origins‘ initial reveal left many confused and worried, primarily Wii U owners. The game’s press release spoke of pre-order DLC which put players in control of Deathstroke in new maps, but also stated that the content would “not be available on all platforms”. Since the Wii U box art was the only one to be missing the Deathstroke DLC logo, people began concluding that the Wii U would be left out.
Warner Bros. has put our minds at ease and confirmed that the pre-order content will definitely be coming to the Wii U alongside the rest of the platforms. Hopefully those who were planning on buying the game on Nintendo’s newest console can now breathe a sigh of relief knowing they won’t be left out. Batman: Arkham Origins will release simultaneously on PC, PS3, Wii U and Xbox 360 on October 25, 2013.
