Microsoft revealed a few days ago that all of its first party Xbox One games will cost $60. Sony has now revealed its PS4 games will also be the same price.
Shacknews contacted Sony and they confirmed that all first party PS4 launch titles will cost $60. This includes Killzone: Shadow Fall, Driveclub, Knack, and inFamous Second Son.
This is good news for everyone since many people feared next generation video games would rise up to $70. Third party publishers still have the ability to sell their games above $60, but this might be unlikely if they want to compete with Sony and Microsoft’s own first party games.
