Sony has more good news for those looking forward to the PS4. The hard drive can be replaced and upgraded.
Sony President Shuhei Yoshida tweeted:
“And yes, PS4’s HDD is upgradable like PS3 <3"
It has been confirmed that the PS4 will ship initially with a 500GB hard drive. If this is too small for you, you can buy a 1TB hard drive and upgrade the hard drive if you want.
This is yet another blow to Microsoft. The company revealed earlier the Xbox One’s hard drive is not replaceable, but you can save data using USB sticks or an external hard drive.
