Ubisoft has announced that the top sixteen Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six teams have arrived at Raleigh, North Carolina for the Six Major Raleigh.
The Six Major Raleigh is the first ever Rainbow Six US Major, taking place until August 18th, there is first a group stage. After the groups, on August 16th, the eight teams that made it through will face off during the Major’s Finals. Competing for a prize pool of $500,000 it should surely be a close battle of classes and action.
If you’re not there, like most of us, you can still be part of the action by streaming the event live on the official Twitch channel. The main event opening ceremony is currently scheduled for Friday, 16th August, at 14:00pm BST. The rest of the schedule, including Saturday and Sunday streams for the Semi-Finals, a Showmatch, the Grand Finals Championship match and more starts at 15:30pm BST each day. Ubisoft has also confirmed a panel at the event will exclusively unveil Rainbow Six Siege’s next Operation and upcoming Year 4 updates. Note, Twitch Drops are back for those watching, with six levels of exclusive charms included between August 16th – 18th.
