Fans who own Mass Effect Andromeda for the Xbox One will be pleased to hear that the game is finally enhanced on Xbox One X.
With Mass Effect Andromeda now Xbox One X enhanced, it means that the game’s visuals have been improved from its regular 1080p resolution to 4K. Back when Mass Effect Andromeda released, the game suffered from performance issuese such as frame rate dropping and stuttering on occasional basis. Hopefully with the Xbox One X patch, it will make the game run smoother.
Here’s a quick overview of the game:
- Chart your own course in a dangerous new galaxy. Unravel the mysteries of the Andromeda galaxy as you discover rich, alien worlds in the search for humanity’s new home
- Battle like never before. New additions like destructible environments, boosted jumps for added verticality, and all-new weapons and Biotics make combat more thrilling than ever
- With amazing weapons, powers and tech, and much more flexible skill and weapon progression tree-you can replicate your play style to make you unstoppable against new, powerful alien enemies
Mass Effect Andromeda is the sequel to the award-winning Mass Effect Trilogy that Bioware released several years ago. When Andromeda was released, it wasn’t received well by fans due to things like performance issues and the overall reaching plot isn’t just as satisfying as the trilogy. That being said- the game was considered a flop. Nevertheless, many Mass Effect fans are still hoping Bioware will redeem itself and come up with a Mass Effect game that will be better than the trilogy.
In Mass Effect Andromeda, players will follow a group of explorers as they try to find a new home in the Andromeda Galaxy. In their quest to colonize other planets, there’s a new threat that these explorers must face.
Still haven’t played Mass Effect Andromeda? Now is the time to dive in as the game is on-sale for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
