As we are nearing the release of the much awaited Red Dead Redemption 2, Rockstar Games released today the launch trailer, giving us one more glimpse of the game before its release next week.
Starting tonight, players who have already pre-ordered the game digitally can start preloading the game. With game data counting up to 100GB, it may take a while for a certain person to download all of it. A one week in advance ain’t bad for those who have slow internet.
As mentioned earlier, players will need at least 100Gb of hard drive space for those who are purchasing the game digitally. PS4 owners will require at least 99GB of data with an additional 50GB for the installation process while the Xbox One will require 107GB of hard drive space. With that amount of data that is required, please plan accordingly.
Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the most anticipated games to release this year. After its phenomenal blockbuster release of the first game several years ago, many have been clamoring for the follow-up title – and finally here it is.
In Red Dead Redemption 2, players will be playing as Arthur Morgan, a member of the Van der Linde gang, as they fight for survival in an America that is steadily wiping out outlaws. Fans can look forward to a vast open-world gameplay with an improved Dead eye system, weapon customization and more.
Exclusively for the PlayStation 4, players who will get it on Sony’s platform will get an exclusive content first for the upcoming Red Dead Online that is scheduled to have a beta on November. Unfortunately, there is no exclusive content for the Xbox One, though fans can look forward for crisper and vivid graphics as it supports a native 4K resolution.
Red Dead Redemption 2 will be released on October 26, 2018 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. PC release is still unconfirmed. Check back with us near the release date for our review coverage.
