Activision and Treyarch have released a brand new trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 that finally shows some gameplay footage for the much anticipated ‘Blackout’ Battle Royale mode. This mode is entirely new to the Call of Duty franchise and includes the biggest map the series has ever seen!
The map will include lots of locations and it can also accommodate many vehicles as well. It uses the same formula as other Battle Royale games such as Fortnite and PUBG. That said, this game will be played from a first-person perspective. You can read more details on the mode as posted below via the press release.
Blackout drops players into a last-player-standing experience that is uniquely Black Ops. A true celebration of the series, Blackout features fan-favourite characters, weapons and iconic parts of classic maps, all in the largest map in franchise history complete with land, sea and air vehicles.
Fight through classic Black Ops locales while playing as some of your favorite characters from across the series. Drop into the action in a wing suit, and take command of land, sea and air vehicles in this last-player-standing experience celebrating the Black Ops series in an unprecedented way, all on the biggest map in Call of Duty® franchise history
