Disabled gamers sadly cannot play video games sometimes since some of them aren’t able to use their hands properly. Thankfully, Microsoft has made a new controller that will make it easier for some disabled people to finally play games again.
Microsoft has now announced the Xbox Adaptive Controller today that allows many people with disabilities to play video games. Here’s a brief description for it: “Create a custom controller experience that is uniquely yours. The Xbox Adaptive Controller connects to external switches, buttons, mounts, and joysticks to help make gaming more accessible“.
The controller will be compatible with both Xbox One and Windows 10 devices and will be available later this year for a recommended price of $99. Microsoft worked with many organizations around the world in order to make this controller a reality for many disabled people across the globe.
