Cliff ‘Cliffy B’ Bleszinski is currently the head of Boss Key Productions who has since released ‘Lawbreakers’ last year and recently came up with ‘Radical Heights’ which is out now on Steam as an early access title. Despite Boss Key Productions still being a full developer, Cliffy B has made an accusation that Epic Games is trying to woo some staff members away.
Cliff Bleszinski posted the following via his official Twitter account: “Hey @epicgames, could you please stop trying to hire away my team? We just launched @Radical_Heights on #UE4 and are really happy with how it’s going. There’s room at this genre for more than a few games SMH. We have plenty of ways to make it our own but they may never see the light of day if they keep doing this.”
It remains to be seen if this is just Cliffy B making accusations, or if there is some truth to the story. Nevertheless, Cliffy B is hoping his staff members stay with him as he feels Radical Heights can still be successful. The game is free to play and is part of the popular Battle Royale genre.
Lawbreakers wasn’t able to sniff any type of popularity when it came out last August. The online multiplayer only game cost $29.99 for you to play it, but people started to stop playing it due to the low population count.
