Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy came out last year on the PS4 and sold extremely well thanks to a lot of people from the ’90s buying the game in order to relive their childhood. Even though the game is still PS4 exclusive, there’s a chance the game could still be released on other platforms thanks to Activision still being Crash’s IP owner and not Sony.
Spanish retailer XtraLife may have leaked some early details that Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is getting ported to the Nintendo Switch sometime in the near future. The listing has since been deleted, but AllGamesDelta Twitter managed to capture a screenshot before the link to the listing was gone.
There was no much information about the product yet, other than it will cost you 50 Euros to pre-order and it could be out sometime in 2018. There was a rumor a few weeks ago that Activision might be porting the game to Switch as well as PC sometime in the near future.
The rumor a few weeks ago also teased that a new Crash game could be heading to the PS4 sometime in 2019. This s based on the fact that the N. Sane Trilogy over-exceeded sales expectations.
Anyway, classify the Crash news coming to Switch as a rumor for now. It’s being noted that retailer XtraLife is usually not 100 percent reliable when it comes to listing games for sale. One incident the site prematurely listed Bloodborne 2 which is a game that isn’t officially announced yet.
