In the next few days, EA will finally announce the female fighters that will be in the game. Women in the UFC have become very popular over the years and have even been in the main event of several PPVs. The likes of Cris Cyborg, Amanda Nunes, Holly Holm and more should be the biggest female names added to the growing roster.
Even when the game comes out on February 2nd 2018, the roster won’t be final. This is because EA usually adds free fighters as DLC a few weeks after launch. Unlike its other sports games, UFC does not come out every year so the game’s support is much longer than the usual 12 month period.
