Ubisoft released Assassin’s Creed Rogue a few years ago, but it was interesting to see that the game was exclusive only to the older PS3 and Xbox 360 consoles. Now PS4 and Xbox One owners will have the chance to play this game which was overlooked by many gamers.
Ubisoft released Assassin’s Creed Unity in 2014 on PS4 and Xbox One while PS3 and Xbox 360 owners got Assassin’s Creed Rogue instead. After four long years, now more people will have a chance to play Rogue. If you own a PC, you will know that version released back in early 2015.
Anyway, this remastered version of Rogue will look far better than the original release. The game will be out on March 20th, 2018. By the time of the game’s release, it will have all of the cool benefits of PS4 Pro and Xbox One X. The game can run in stunning 4K so the game will look better than ever before.
Another cool addition to this remaster is that it will include all of the previously released DLC all in one package. The game takes place around the same area as Assassin’s Creed IV and the bright setting will look lovely on the newer consoles.
Ubisoft also released a small new trailer looking at this updated version of Assassin’s Creed Rogue. Bear in mind, the main game is shorter than your average Assassin’s Creed video game. I played the game on PS3 back in 2014 and managed to finished the main story in around seven hours. That said, you can prolong your gaming experience by doing side quests as well as the additional activities that come with the added DLC packs.
Anyway, you can look at the trailer down below. As of right know, it’s unknown if Ubisoft will be releasing a new AC game in Fall 2018 just yet.
