Hideo Kojima has been working on Death Stranding for many years now after leaving Konami. The game’s development is actually going well and we might see the game sooner than expected.
Denegki PlayStation Magazine (via ResetEra) interviewed Hideo Kojima on the progress he has made with Death Stranding. The good news is that development is at a steady pace and we should hear more news about the game in 2018.
Kojima said: “Development on Death Stranding is going well enough that SIE told us, ‘We have never before seen a game being created at such a fast pace.’ We are planning an announcement that will further surprise everyone in 2018.”
Little is known about the game, but it’s unlikely the full story of it won’t be revealed until it eventually comes out. Kojima usually likes to write games with very complicated plots.
