A free to download Halo VR experience is being released by Microsoft later this month. Bear in mind, it won’t be a full-on FPS game or anything like that.
As reported by The Verge, a Halo VR experience is releasing for Windows Mixed Reality headsets as a free download on October 17th, 2017. 343 Industries has been responsible for making the project.
The experience is called Halo Recruit and it will allow users to see the characters, weapons and vehicles in the game. It sounds like some type of virtual museum. The experience will only last for 5 minutes.
It will be interesting to see if 343 Industries decides to take this experience further in the near future. Will there be a VR type experience for Halo 6 when it comes out?
