Nintendo has now released system update version number 3.0.2 for the Nintendo Switch. This update is available to download right now worldwide.
The official details were posted over on the official Nintendo website. Two things have been noted and you can read them down below.
- Nintendo Switch Online
- Added online play in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Peru. This is currently available for free until the paid online service launches in 2018.
- General system stability improvements to enhance the user’s experience
You can be sure that more Switch updates will be released in the near future. Hopefully we finally get Gamecube Virtual Console video games as that was rumored to be implemented before the Switch was revealed.
