If you have seen gameplay for Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite already, you may know that Chun-Li looks very off. Even the game’s own producer admits that it needs to be fixed.
Gamespot had a chance to speak with Michael Evans who is the producer on Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite. Evans admits that Chun-Li doesn’t look right and she needs to be fixed.
He said: “Yes. Well when put that way, I say, I never wanted to look at it again. It’s super–no, okay. It is disgusting. [Said jokingly] Of course we will look at it again. We’re gonna look at it. Can’t promise anything right now, but we want to make our fans happy, man“.
Even if Capcom is unable to fix her face at launch, they could always fix her face in a patch later on. BioWare managed to fix faces and animations in Mass Effect Andromeda.
