The Pokemon Company has announced that some cool looking new Pokemon merchandise will be available to buy in Japan later this month. Many people are thinking this might be a subtle hint on Pokemon Stars.
As you can see on the official website, many Pokemon items such as a bag, pillow, soft toy, keyrings, backpack and more can be purchased in Japan on May 20th.
All of the items have a night sky/star theme to them. They even posted the saying for the theme as “Look Upon the Stars”. You can see some of the images in the screenshot provided above. Plus click below to see what the merchandise itself looks like.
The reason some people are getting excited is because it’s rumored the next major game in the franchise is called Pokemon Stars. It’s speculated this game is due out for the Nintendo Switch in the near future.
